Please note that there are 3 separate residences on the property: the main house, Højsande; the forest house, spanning 60 m²; and the annex, spanning 40 m², all situated on a 5,000 m² lot.



The private pool is the crown jewel of the house, perfectly integrated into the natural garden. From the pool area, there is a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility, while the forest around you provides shelter and privacy. The garden offers several cozy nooks where you can enjoy the sunset.



From your private forest path, you have direct access to Marielyst Beach, which has been named Denmark’s best swimming beach. Here you can swim, go for long walks, or simply enjoy the sound of the waves. The area is known for its rich wildlife, and you will often be able to spot both birds and other animals in the surrounding nature.
