"Too much inconvenient rooms"

"Wash room was not as clean and smell of sewage coming from the toilet. Was offered change of room but we declined due to upheaval. "

"The executive rooms were excellent and well appointed. The staff throughout the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The swimming pool area is private and relaxing after a busy day in the heat. There is also a small gym which has all the essentials. Breakfast was varied everyday and the location was excellent, within walking distance of the Sayaji Baug - the best park I have seen in India!"

"Rooms were poor, had clear unresolved damp across the property. Staff were rude and unhelpful, simple requests such as additional key card for both staying guests not possible. Mosquitoes all over the property and very little in way of support for this. Breakfast is poor and very limited and staff are uninterested and rude."

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel"
