It is a great place to spend your vacation. We would stay here again if we come to Samoa. However, one recommended improvement is to add mosquitos repellent devices to the rooms and restaurant

Staff were helpful when we checked in - said we could have a late check out - staff the next morning was rude and said we ddint have a late check out - tried to charge us - hung up on me, rude. Got woken up by the restaurant staff demanding us to sign for a bill at 11:30 that wasnt for us.
Best buffet breakfast out of all of the 5 resorts we stayed at - best beach to relax out of all resorts we stayed at -
but i rank it a 4 due to the feeling of being in a city not and paying over $1000nzd for a quality nights sleep and being left like we were in a night club.

Great Resort right on the water. Beautiful Property. Ocean side restaurant had wonderful views. Breakfast in the morning was quiet and nice.
The biggest issue we had was that the hot water took 5 minutes or more to get hot. And it wasn't clear which way to turn the knob to get hot water. it seemed to change from day to day. We went to the front desk 3 times for this issue and it was not addressed until the end of the 2nd day...when we used a neighboring cabana to shower. Maybe this was a one time issue....but the hotel staff was NOT on top of it.
Also, the Cabana main room is air conditioned, but the bathroom isn't. This may be to add to the "showering in the rainforest" feel....but it meant it was difficult to get dry after a shower.
Generally, the servers tried hard. But service in all 3 Fiji resorts we stayed in on this trip was much more competent.
Overall a great place. And maybe the best place on the island. just needs the fix the bathroom issues and get better at service.
