"The rooms are clean , the price is awesome and the staff and owners ( which by the way are new in this area ) treat everyone like your family ! The pool and hot is newly remodeled, the gym is perfect for what u would want and the WiFi rocks ! Takeout Inn is located down the road from the Premier Center and shopping is close by , along with restaurants nearby. There is a park along with a ball field across the street ! If golf is your enjoyment, well that too is directly across the street in walking distance . I chose to order pizza from the Best Pizza Place in the World ( in my opinion) and that is Tomicellies who offer dine in and carry out or even delivery. They will even supply you with plates, napkins , peepers and sprinkle cheese for free ! You cannot beat that and the price is a steal !!! For an extra large four topling pizza , which Huge was under 25.00 so they also get a great tip to boot !!"

"Had great experience. Rooms were clean and area was quiet. Breakfast was great, and made even better by the lady working. She was a treat, and we enjoyed talking to her each morning. Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Sioux Falls. Great place to stay."
