"The hotel is really wonderful, with a very interesting history worth reading about. I was a little bothered by some bouse at night, but that's really about being in a town with a healthy nightlife. It's worth a small inconvenience for staying in the hotel! Pisa is a little hip, with some alternative lifestyle apparent. There are some super restaurants nearby. I liked Lou Lee's...the pasta was fantastic. For anyone going to stay there, I can promise you a unique stay at the hotel...beautiful, and quite charming. "

"Really convenient access to Lucca and its vacinity. Friendly staff and comfortable room. A very delicious and full-featured breakfast buffet. Dining options for lunch and dinner are best resolved with a trip inside Lucca's walls. The co-located restaurant at Albergo Celide has middling reviews; I didn't try it."

"Rooms are small, quaint but have everything you need, staff is super kind and helpful. I left something in my room after check out and the immediately helped me look for it. They gave me directions and recommendations! Nice people!"

"The property is located very close to the Tower and the streets are lined with good restaurants, lots of choices. Day one dinner I had steak very good, melts in the mouth, next day lunch pizza great, next dinner I ate wild boar stew and hhubby had Lasagna. The hotel has a breakfast buffet with lots a yummy stuff from 7am - 10am. Go climb the Pisa tower steps at 8.30pm you can enjoy tower without crowd."
