"We stayed 4 nights, hotel location is walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was attentive and professional throughout our stay. Chris was helpful when explaining the layout between the two separate buildings. Our only complaint was that the room’s location in the secondary building required using two elevators and walking through the corridor each time, which felt a bit inconvenient especially when carrying luggage or returning late at night."

The only thing they don’t clean the room every day we start five nights they cleaned it on the fourth night and they only put coffee and tea on the first day if you want additional coffee or tea, you have to pay €2.50 each time. "Clean newish place, spacious room, but so many small problems. Heater didn't work so in the morning I told the front desk and also told them I don't need housekeeping cleaning (since I left the DND off the door so maintenance could get in). Later when I returned, the heater still wasn't working and the bed made up. Everything else below I can deal with but broken heater when it's so cold outside, not really. Lotion dispenser was totally out and not checked by housekeeping. The safe was left open in locked mode so when I touched it, it would display "ERROR" and beep for 30 seconds. Walls are really thin so voices and TV come right through and somehow the floors seem designed to amplify everyone's footsteps, really annoying. On the TV, when I selected Chromecast, it would just display HDMI2. Turns out the Chromecast device was connected to HDMI3. And the TV is so securely mounted to the wall it was extremely difficult to access the HDMI ports to connect my device. There are 2 elevators but with separate buttons - so if you want the fastest elevator, you have to press a button on both elevators. No fridge in room. I thought it would be closer to the airport but it's about a 10 minute uncovered walk, lucky I didn't come a few days later when it rained. Breakfast was very good. And I forgot I signed up for a free drink if you waive housekeeping. I signed up before I checked in but got the confirmation after I had already checked out. What?"

"This hotel is located in front of a cemetery, not the best view. The water in the shower is not stable, jumping from cold to hot without touching the faucet. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price we paid."
