Alpiner Genuss und toller Ausblick!
Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts! Neben Tiefgarage und Sauna, Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett, gab es sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten sowie ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser! Betten und Bäder ebenfalls top! Check In und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls sehr gut!
Beim Thema Sauberkeit sollte besser kontrolliert werden... Neben Spinnweben und Staub (die nicht nur einen Tag alt waren) war auch die Küche nicht sehr sauber... Katastrophal war der Raum, an dem die Mülltonnen geparkt sind!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, ein perfektes Haus für einen Familienkurzurlaub.
Alles, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wären zusätzliche Handtücher von Vorteil.

Ein tolles Wochenende in einem tollen Appartement!
alles war top vorbereitet, sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement in der Küche ist alles, was man sich wünschen kann und die Sauna ist auch super. 2 Parkplätze pro Einheit: auch hier wurde mitgedacht.
es war alles super. Was noch ergänzt werden kann sind Infos zur Nutzung der Ladestationen für E-Auto vor Ort.

Auszeit
Ein paar Tage zurückziehen und Spaß haben. Hier waren wir richtig!
Schon auf den Beschreibungen konnte man erkennen, dass dies ein besonderes Objekt ist und in der Realität wurde es uns genauso auch bestätigt. Wir hatten übrigens das Objekt 1b.
Eine geräumige Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Eine sehr modern ausgestattet Küche und Platz am Tisch für bis zu 10 Personen.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zu Kochen braucht (nun ja Lebensmittel, Gewürze etc. sind logischerweise nicht damit gemeint).
Besteckt, Gläser, Teller u.s.w. sind da.
Nach einem Anstrengenden Tag bietet die hauseigene Sauna auch ein Rückzugsort zum Erholen.
Was wir sehr schätzen, war der direkte Zugang zur Tiefgarage und die Möglichkeit die Skier, die Skistiefel in den „eigenen“ vier Wände unterzubringen und zu trocknen. Auch ist man in wenigen Minuten in unterschiedlichen Skigebieten, welche auch sehr abwechslungsreich sind.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und können sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Chalet und guter Lage

- Geschirr war von den Vorgängern teilweise noch feucht und leicht schmutzig
- Anzahl Besteck sollte etwas über der Anzahl der Gäste liegen

Traumhafte Tagen in Uttendorf in wundervollem Chalet
Das Chalet ist wirklich sehr geräumig, jeder hat seinen Rcükzugsort und es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Saunaraum mit Bar lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Empfehlenswertes Haus insbesondere für größere Gruppen
Sauberes Haus, sehr gut eingerichtet, die Sauna hat gut funktioniert und bietet ein sehr angenemhmes Ambiente mit dem barbereich und Fernseher daneben. Alpines Gefühl. Eigener beheizter Skiraum.
Garagenbereich mit Direktanschluss zum Hauseingang macht die Gepäck und ausrüstungstransfers bequem, ohne Notwendigkeit ins Offene rauszugehen, was bei schlechtem Wetter sehr vorteilhaft ist.
Seife in den Badezimmern bereitstellen (nur 1 Seifenspender an der Spüle in der Küche).
Ein paar Küchentücher (es gab nur eins) wären gut, das Haus ist ja für bis zu 10 Personen vorgesehen und 1 Küchentuch reicht nicht aus, wenn Sachen gespült werden müssen, wenn der Platz in der Spülmaschine nicht reicht.
