This hotel is perfect. Rooms really comfortable, we had a cozy queen room. Walking distance to all the sites. Breakfast excellent! I would love to come back here and to Amsterdam in general! What a city break this was!

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows.

Only issue was the Dom church bells and chimes . Every 15 minutes all day , if you are a light sleeper then it could be a problem. That would go for most hotels in that area .
