Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town.
The room was nice. A little small, but that’s normal for Japan. It was clean. I liked the toothbrushes they give out and brush. The WiFi in the room worked well and there were a few plugs.
The sauna on 9F is pretty great and even has an outside spa overlooking the snowy town. Really great way to start my morning before checking out. They also offer free laundry which I wish more hotels did. You only have to pay to dry your clothes.
