Plenty of space for the whole family.

Our overall stay was an amazing time the cleanliness of the cabin was on point. Beds were comfortable got plenty of rest for sure. The family enjoyed spending time together there. You must check out the creek next to the cabin it was beautiful. Just make sure you close the gates there are neighborhood dogs that will come in and knock over and get into the trash cans. Overall it was amazing.

Very pleasant. Enjoyed visiting the landmarks from the movie 7 days in Utopia. Such lovely people. House was very clean and homey. Had all the convenience of a home away from home. Garner State Park was the icing on the cake! Thank you #2happybirthdaygirls

The house was cute and very family friendly, I really liked that the yard was fenced in since I have 2 toddlers. The area was gorgeous and the fact that the town gathered around the neighborhood we stayed in to watch the firework show was amazing! 10/10 would recommend, we will definitely book here again. 3

Great home base for hill country adventures

Great small home with just enough space for our family of 6. Perfect location for visiting Garner State Park and Lost Maples. Clean house (remember this is rural Texas), stocked with everything we needed for eating at the house and making picnic lunches. Would stay here again.

Close to stores and restaurants in town. No internet or phone service unless you have ATT or Sprint, though kinda nice being shut off for a couple days.

Have stayed here a total of 3 times always 3 people. We like the property, we like Utopia also. We bow hunt in D’Hanis and like the proximity. Thank you. Please consider upgrading the living area couch and chair. Not enough support. But that’s minor . Overall we really enjoy the property and location.

Very comfortable beds,Tubs, pillows etc.

The house was perfect. Be sure to bring coffee. Couldn't get the key lock out very easy. Wasn't able to get it back in the lock on check out. Left it on the table because I couldn't reach the owner to see what to do.
