"チェックインでは予約状況の確認もなく、宿泊2名にも関わらずキーカードは一枚のみ。2枚目発行にはデポジットを求められた。エレベーターは電気系統のトラブル動かず、5階まで階段上り降り。部屋のキーカードを差し込む部分には、キーカードが入らない。ドライヤーは故障。WiFiも電気系統トラブルにより部屋では使えない。あまりに酷くて、泊まらずに夕方チェックアウトした。最悪。"

"The hotel is nice, but the staff is not. The front desk staff, Kaoheaw and Meaya, were extremely rude both when I checked in and when I checked out. Maybe the staff just needs better customers service training."
