The ground-floor apartment (approx. 75 m²) has its own south-west-facing terrace with patio furniture. The apartment consists of a living room with an adjoining dining room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. You can use a washing machine in the basement. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house.
