"Wonderful hotel. Excellent location and easy to walk to many attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy hour a blast with William, the bar manager. Rooms lovely, and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!"

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
