    The Fasse holiday flat offers around 60 square metres of space for 2 people. Pets are not allowed. The non-smoking flat is located on the ground floor of our detached house with a separate, step-free entrance. It impresses with its quiet and idyllic location right next to the forest. The high-quality furnishings in a modern country house style and the extensive equipment ensure that you will want for nothing.

    The flat has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and a living area with pull-out couch, cable TV and DVD player as well as a dining area for 2 people. The bedroom with box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and Meos gel foam topper offers direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a wide washbasin, a towel radiator, a seating area and underfloor heating. You can store your suitcases in the utility room. There is a washing machine and another washbasin.

    In the evening, the indirect lighting in the living area and bedroom creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Blackout blinds in all rooms ensure a good night's sleep and a pleasant indoor temperature in the height of summer. Large patio doors offer a bright and friendly living environment and not only provide a view of the greenery, but also direct access to the terrace and garden.

    The outdoor area invites you to relax with its sheltered and partially covered west-facing terrace - surrounded by our lovingly tended garden and views of the hilly landscape. Enjoy the lush floral splendour in summer, snack on tomatoes, strawberries and herbs depending on the season or end the day with spectacular sunsets. An electric barbecue is available for outdoor culinary delights.

    Bed linen and a 3-piece towel pack are optional, additional towels and bathrobes are also available (for a fee).

    Your car park is located next to the front door. Your bicycles can be stored in the garage, and there is a charging facility for e-bikes. (If you bring your own bikes, please let us know in advance).

    THE SURROUNDINGS

    The idyllic holiday resort of Delliehausen is located in the south of the Solling-Vogler Nature Park in southern Lower Saxony, between the Harz Mountains and the Weser Uplands. With a population of around 520, Delliehausen is a district of Uslar, a historic half-timbered town that is a state-recognised resort and is known as the "Uslarer Land holiday region". The area offers numerous excursion possibilities, which we present to our guests in a well-stocked guest folder. Here you can experience nature up close and find exactly the relaxation you need to recharge your batteries for everyday life.

    Nestled between the mountains of the Harz and the beautiful landscape of the Weserbergland, Delliehausen is the ideal starting point for numerous attractions and sporting activities such as hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The popular Weser cycle path is only about 20 kilometres away. For unforgettable hikes and cycle tours, we have already put together the most beautiful circular tours for you at Outdooractive, some of which start directly behind our house.

    The Solling was named Forest Area of the Year 2013 by the Association of German Foresters (BDF) and since January 2022 the Solling-Vogler region has been Lower Saxony's first "Quality Region Wanderbares Deutschland"!
