"El hotel es elegante, las habitaciones son espaciosas y comfortables, el desayudo muy variado y todo muy rico, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y todos los dias pasaban a limpiar, esta a una cuadra de la estacion Shiomi, pero lo mejor de todo es la hospitalidad y el trato amable del personal, sin duda me volveria a hospedar en este hotel, nosotros estuvimos 9 dias y el precio tambien es muy accesible para todas las maravillas que ofrece este hotel."

"The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel."

"The room was comfortable and very clean. Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathtub. The amenities room plus the free lounge were both fantastic but I wish there were more shuttle buses at night as we couldn't get on the last two scheduled buses due to all the people leaving Disney park. "Our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The hotel is always clean, and all the staff are very helpful, organized, and speak fluent English, which made everything so easy. The room was spacious, and the amenities—like toothbrushes, pajamas, and more—were really convenient. Transportation is also a big plus. The limousine bus to Narita or Haneda stops right outside the hotel, and there’s a shuttle to Bayside Station where you can go directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only downside for me was the laundry machines. It costs 200 yen for 15 minutes, but drying took more than 2 hours, which ended up being expensive and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fantastic service and location—just be prepared if you need to do laundry. "
