No Water
I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. They wanted to give me the single room for the price of a double. Finally after getting the double room they told me that because of construction there was no water in the rooms. And supposedly there will be water in 1/2 hour. After one hour there was no water. I called the reception and they offered me another room to take showers. There was water in other rooms and I told them to give me another room. Why will they put me in a room without water when there were many empty rooms with water? And why did they want me to sleep in a room and go to another for showers and toilet?
Second, for a hotel of such a standard they should have at least one fluent English speaking employee.
I must say the staff of the 1st. floor buffet style restaurant was very professional, courteous and the food excellent.

Impeccable experience, highly recommended!
The check in was incredibly smooth for a Chinese hotel, they not only had no issue finding our reservation but gave us a free upgrade when there was no non-smoking room available. The staff were impeccable and the facilities were the best in the region. Price/quality is your best option in town! It is at walking distance from the Regional museum and not too far from restaurants. Close to the train station (south) and easy access to the airport!

Great hotel with perfect location
It's my second stay in Luxemon Yindu hotel after the first stay for 6 nights. Perfect experience in a superior hotel as usual. Xinjiang is a big province to explore. Urumqi is the first stop for deeper adventure in Xinjiang. Would recommend this hotel to you if you are coming to Urumqi.

Nice hotel in the city center
An excellent stay here. It's a famous 5-stay hotel in Urumqi city center close to great restaurants, shopping malls, mini super markets, buses and only 8 US$ by taxi to the airport. The room is very clean with great room service. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with all you need. The check-in and check-out is easy and fast. Would definitely recommend it to those who are coming to Urumqi.
这是一次非常好的体验。尊茂酒店是当地有名的五星级酒店，附近有好多餐厅，购物中心，小超市，公交站，机场打车过来也只要8美金（40元）。房间很干净，客房打扫和服务很周到。酒店工作人员很友好，入住退房迅速。推荐来乌鲁木齐的客人入住。
