1 bed was really hard couldnt sleep comfortably had to change beds other one was little bit softer . Fan didnt really cool and wifi didnt work . Tv had few channels. Was given room with 2 beds instead of queen with balcony

Not recommended

Front Desk staff was terrible. I had two reservations and they canceled one without consulting. They had me pay a separate and more expensive fee. I had a vehicle with me and they did not let me use their parking garage because supposedly them they closed at 11pm. Even When i showed up before that time( as shown in receipt) they had me leave my vehicle in the plaza without anyone watching it.

El hotel es bonito, decorado de forma tematica propia de Michoacán. La habitación que me tocó era amplia, la regadera funcionó muy bien, la limpieza es diaria y la atención del personal fue muy buena. Lo único que falló fue la televisión, pero nada grave.

Todo bien exepto dos cosas, la señal de wifi pésima en la habitación, decía la reservación con desayuno incluído no fue así solo me obsequiaron una cortesía, pésimo el desayuno dos hot cakes quemados, un café horrible y el supuesto jugo de frutas era agua de guayaba mal muy mal 💔
