The description when booking was a queen bed , I’m sorry but it was a full size bed. We had to get another room just be comfortable, we decided on the room next door, the room was named “Maty” but the lock didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t tell us until we asked. The person on duty said “ oh yeah you have to lift the door a little so the lock can catch “ . I don’t mind an occasional house pet, but the cats that congregate at night and meow ALL NIGHT.. The boiler on site is not equipped for a hotel, I barely turned the water and it would start to get cold. Let’s get to the price, I booked my room through Expedia, I paid it up front when we decided to get the other room and asked to the person on site said the owner told her it 1755.00 in pesos, which is roughly about 101.00 as the pesos at the present time was 17.35. Later that day the person taking care of the hotel says we owe more the owner made a mistake and there it was the staffs responsibility otherwise the staff has to fork over the rest. It was not the staffs fault, if the owner was on site to take better care of her guests there would be no issues.

Deben informar que hay un bar ruidoso en planta ba
El lugar es cálido y amable a simple vista; no tuve información de que hay un bar en la planta baja que funciona hasta las 3.00 a.m., mi primera noche fue muy desagradable, con ruido intenso de música contínua de antro y gritos, me impidió dormir hasta que terminó el ruido y tenía que levantarme a las 6.30 para comenzar mis actividades a las 7.30 en un congreso al que asistía. Por la mañana solicité cambio de habitación y me la hicieron, la 2a. noche fue aceptable, el ruido no se escuchaba tanto y pude dormir. Ciertamente no regresaré allí. Aún por el precio esperaba algo mejor. El personal es educado y amable, no tengo queja.El ruido del bar en planta baja quita todo lo bonito que ofrece el aspecto de la casa en el día..

Ambiente tranquilo y familiar
Esta casita tiene la sensación de estar quedándote en casa de un familiar. Hay mucha tranquilidad y paz. Está ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. La mejor parte es cuando entras y te desconectas de lo que hay afuera. Su pequeño jardín está muy agradable para leer un libro o platicar. Después de las 7:00 pm es un tanto complicado el asunto del estacionamiento provisto pero nada grave.

WE were received with great friendliness and pleasure. we felt very welcome. the hotel is a beautiful typical Mexican House, which we enjoyed very much. THe breakfast was excellent. the art exhibition which was recommended is spectalucar and very different.
