Hello yes maybe we are a small family business is not professional but we do not rudeness to our guest, but you have made a very rude, you have made a wrong reservation you are angry with us. We tried to do our best but you didn't want to understand. We didn't want you to understand.

A awesome guest experience
A hotel in a magical location, that has history and character by the bucket-load and a staff that couldn't be more friendly, and helpful if you had handpicked each of them yourself. Our room had been created from a cave but was warm and inviting with a very comfortable bed anda spacious en-suite in an adjoining cave;all well-equipped and as spotlessly clean as Wilma Flintstone would wish! A freshly cooked breakfast was complemented by a generous selection of breads and salads etc., and was of course served in yet another cave. The management team and staff felt more like family, and went "above and beyond" to make our stay enjoyable. Oh ... and amazingly good value-for-money too. I am happy to recommend this most highly to all.

Çok iyi karşılandık ve bize çevrede nerelere gidebiliriz hakkında çok yardım edildi. Bir gece konakladık ve maalesef o gece gerek yoldan gelen araba ve müzik sesi olsun gerekse sokak köpekleri olsun, uyuyamadık. Herhalde bize denk geldi diyebilirim çünkü önceki yorumlarda okumadım. Yine de arkaya bakan odalarda konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim.

Tarih kokan konak...
Balayı tatilimizi Vera Konak sayesinde çok rahat geçirdik. Çalışanların, gelenlere müşteriden ziyade bir misafir olarak yaklaşması cidden çok samimi ve huzur veren bir ortam yaratıyor. Her türlü ihtiyacınızda size destek olabilecek bu kadar samimi bir ekibi başka yerlerde bulmak cidden zor olacaktır. Kapadokyanın gibi tarih kokan bir bölgede bu denli tarihi yansıtan bir konakta çok güzel zaman geçirmek mümkün. Konak başlı başına bir tarihi eser. İşletmesi samimi ve en mühimi bu kadar para düşkünü bir bölgede parayı hep ikinci planda tutan nadide bir işletme.

(-) kahvaltı saati biraz daha erken başlayabilir, erken kalkan çocuklu aileler için beklemek bazen zor olabiliyor... (+) ilgili yönetim-samimi ve yardımsever personel-ferah&geniş oda-merkezi&sakin konum-pozitif anlamda farklı bir konaklama deneyimi... özet: bölgeyi bir daha ziyaret edersem konaklamak ister miyiz?? kesinlikle "evet"

Konakta kalmanın keyfi başka. Personel ve işletmeci oldukça sıcak kanlı ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltılar binbir emekle hazırlanıyordu. Kendimi aileden hissettim.

Magnifique
Le sejour à était magnifique, un hôtel superbe, l'accueil du boss et irréprochable il est super gentil et il vous aide si vous avez un problème sur n'importe quoi il essais de trouvé une solution, l'hôtel est typique du coin, taillé dans la pierre il donne un bien être on si sent trop bien, le petit déjeuner traditionnel et copieux ya du choix on sais régaler avec ma petite famille !!!
