Beautiful property in a lovely setting! Our cave room was so amazing with a huge stone tub. The best thing about the property was the OUTSTANDING service! The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive, it was truly their service that tipped our experience from just good to fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Serenus is simply one of the best buys on the planet. I travel for a living and this jewel in Capadocia is an experience way above its price. The owner runs it as 5 star home hungry for more. I loved it!

Average cave hotel, good for the price

Overall average stay, room was well maintained but a bit dirty from the rock cave. It was apparent that the tourist season is just starting, so not many tourists were in the room before and therefore the air and linen were a bit stale. The hotel closed the downstairs door without warning and dis not open it for the sunrise (the walking detour was very long, which was very inconvenient at the early morning time). The breakfast was average. Compared to other cave hotels, this one does not offer anything special. The owners and staff were very friendly though.

Keyif dolu konaklama

Müthiş manzarası, leziz kahvaltısı ve oteli otel değil de ev gibi hissettiren çok çok çok tatlı personeli ile unutulmaz bir konaklama oldu bizim için. Otel çok temiz ve odalar gerçekten geniş. Kahvaltı her gün farklı geliyor ve çok doyurucu. Her kahvaltıya indiğimizde güler yüz ile karşılandık ve masamız hazırdı. Kapadokyayı ilk kez ziyaret ettik ve bi tatil ancak bu kadar dolu dolu geçebilirdi bu da Hamide hanımın bizim için hazırladığı rota sayesinde gerçekleşti. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Serenus Cave, kalbimiz hep sizinle 🙏💙
