Özensiz hizmet. Odalar fena değildi ancak geri kalan kısmı kötüydü. Havlular önceki kullanımdan kalmıştı. Odaya bıraktıkları şişe su önceki müşteri tarafından kullanılmış ağzı açık ve yarımdı. Oda hiç kontrol edilmemiş sanırım. Kahvaltı dahildi ama temizlik ve servis çok kötüydü. Açık büfede eksilen hiçbir ürünü tamamlamadılar ve sahibi de bu durumu gördü. Bardak tabak kaşık bile istediğimiz de eklendi. Biten ürünler yenilenmedi. Ekmek vs elle istedikçe verildi. Hijyen kötüydü.

Merhabalar öncelikle otel müdürü güler yüzlüydü bizimle ilgilendi fakat fotoğraftaki odalarla kaldığımız odalar aynı değil, mağara odada kaldık ama fotoğraflarda detaylı oda gösterimi olmadığından anlaşılmıyor. Biz erken gittik odayı hemen temizleyip müsait hale getirdiler bunun için teşekkür ederiz 1 gece kalacağımız için çok önemsemedik aslında odanın fotoğraflardan farklı olmasını vs telefon falan çekmiyordu odada zaten. Ertesi gün gezi için saat 5de çıktık otelden mutfak açık değildi tabi biraz gezip kahvaltıya yetişelim dedik 10buçukta mutfağa gittik kahvaltıları topluyorlardı kahvaltı yapsak yola çıksak olmaz mı dedik rica ettik henüz toplanmamıştı tam anlamıyla zaten bir tabak alalım dedik saat bitti yönetimin kesin talebi var kahvaltı veremeyiz dediler bu duruma çok üzüldük tabiki dışarda kahvaltı yapabilirdik ama acelemiz vardı yola çıkacaktık biraz peynir biraz zeytin yiyecektik ona izin vermediler.

Otelin genel görüntüsü büyüleyici diyebilirim İbrahimpaşa köyü içinde sessiz sakin bir yer. Kahvaltısı açık büfe standart kahvaltı tabağında olan şeyler var temizlik yeterliydi . Odalarda klima ve mini buzdolabı yoktu ama zaten otel taş olduğu için odalar serindi çalışanlar ilgili ve çok yardımcı oldular gezilecek yerler konusunda 2 günlük konaklamamızda memnun kaldık

Tam bir fiyat fayda oteli. Odalar gaeyt güzel, harika bir bahçesi ve yardımsever işletmecileri var. Odalar tertemiz, ortamın hoş bir ambiyansı var.Beklentiniz çok yüksek olmadığı sürece gayet keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Sadece kahvaltı biraz vasat ama yinede karnınızı doyuracağınız temel ürünlerin alitesi kötü değil. Otelin çevresinden vakit geçirecek çok fazla alan yok, gidecekseniz mutlaka araç gerekli. Ama ürgüp e de uçhisar a da çok yakın

Der Besitzer Ozan hat uns gleich beim check-in einen Plan mit verschiedenen Stationen für unseren 2-tägigen Aufenthalt ausgehändigt. Dies war sehr hilfreich für uns. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück toll. Wir waren als Familie zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist ein paar Kilometer von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Très bel hôtel, environnement superbe, typique de la Cappadoce. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients, tant pour vous conseiller les endroits à visiter que sur le plan de votre bien-être. On se sent comme dans une maison d'hôtes. Vraiment merci à Ozan et sa femme qui ont été des hôtes fantastiques. (Mais un hôtel comme cela, ça se mérite...la route est étroite et bien pentue, des frissons garantis)
