"Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was how noisy it is. There is no form of insulation, so you hear everything the neighboring guest say or do, even when they have the tv on. Unfortunately for us, in our case this went on until the early hours of the morning. When informing the staff of the hotel, they didn't really address it or what they did, had no effect. We pretty much had three nights there with little sleep. Also, cigarette smoke came into our room from the next balcony throughout the night. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel."

"From top to bottom, I’m extremely happy to have booked this accommodation. Comfy bed, good size room (even as it was the smaller looking one on the first floor) great bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast was a real big plus point, open kitchen and you can ask different eggs if need be. Really impressive. close to fantastic walking routes, beach, endless cafes, restaurants a plenty and bars galore. Very impressed and would stay here again!"

"What a fascinating hotel for one night stay in a town that is good to visit. Grandiose hall and stair with amazing ceiling. Fabulous hotel. Rooms are old and some parts need upgrading but it adds to the charm of this cost effective stay. Nice breakfast too. Had an incredible meal at the restaurant but was rushed between starter and main and barely finished I had the bill on my table. It was May Day so they wanted to go home. But would go back. Absolutely fab place to stay…"

"Everything was perfect. Professional staff who are able to help, nice and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and nice area. Maybe a complimentary water or coffee in the rooms would be nice."

"Rooms were basic but very clean, and staff were very helpful. Especially Fernando, who checked us on and out of hotel, also dealt with any problems we had. We were bed only, so cannot comment on breakfast. Excellent location, able to walk to all bars and restaurants. Would have liked to have an area we could sit outside, as pool was closed on our visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."
