8.4/10 Very good! (986 reviews)
The room wasn’t spacious for 4 of us, including space for our luggage, totally not worth for the price that we paid (96k JPY) for 2 nights. Staffs can’t reasonably explain why there were 5 room charges in my receipts.
There were bugs around the room and also on our bed, which is totally unacceptable. Toilet was probably the best part of the room.
