Very nice stay, westgate upgraded us to a two bedroom with two bath room (condo). Wish there was an elevator as we were on the third floor but other than that it was great. Be prepared for the time share spiel though.

They promote online and at the location breakfast include and it’s NOT included my first day of arrival they had a party until 1:30 am with loud music and I had wake up at 4 am to catch flight so all I wanted to do was sleep but the loud music didn’t make it very comfortable

The property itself and service was great. However, when I booked, the listing title was “with H2O waterpark” which was the only reason I chose the resort. We had an extra 2 days in Orlando and my two kids love water slides, so I sought out a resort where we could enjoy a waterpark while there. Upon arrival, we were told the waterpark was only open on weekends and our stay was Mon-Wed. My kids were devastated. This should be clearly stated when booking. I feel this was an extreme misrepresentation. Margaritaville should be transparent and state operating hours in the listing, or at least remove “with H2O waterpark” in the listing description and remove waterpark photos and amenity description during periods when it is closed.
