Chad’s place 4- Bedroom 2-BR home at Smoke Hole Wi-Fi -Pet Friendly- sleeps 8-10

Chad’s Place is along Rt. 220 and approximately 2/10ths a mile from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon where you may enjoy hiking, hunting, and fishing the South Branch River! Chad’s Place is a spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Chad’s place has a furnished front porch and back patio where you can enjoy the spacious yard area for family fun activities such as corn hole, grilling, or relaxing by the fire pit! Fire wood is available for purchase on site for $5.00. We do allow pets for an extra charge of $50 per stay.
We also have an extra cot and air mattress in the master bathroom closet if you would like to use those also.

Great place for a snowboarding trip

Went up to several resorts over New Year’s Eve, and chads place was a good central location with everything you would ever need for a good trip.

Wonderful stay

Such a nice place to stay. Love that it wasn’t way out of the way but also not in a town. Beautiful scenery. The place was clean and well maintained. Everyone had a wonderful time. Definitely would come back again.

Would consider this stay again, very close to hiking/scenic West Virginia, and Petersburg. The house looks bigger in person. Also, Chad and Amber live right next door, really enjoyed chatting with them when we checked out.

Great Location, Top Notch Hospitality & Beautiful Residence

Visiting back in Upper Tract for a celebration of a church’s 225th anniversary, our family found this VRBO to stay in overnight. Our stay although too short was splendid and our lodging at this VRBO made it better. Make sure to stay here when you visit Pendleton County because the place and property owners are fantastic.
