Great customer service. Great room and breakfast. But the pool was dirty, alot of dirt in the pool. Had issues with TV channels and connection. Also the shower tub floor, due to being older and used it was dented in the middle. Dish washer machine was broken and leaking water. I usually really enjoy staying at this hotel, but was not happy with my stay this time.

soccer team kids were allowed to run around the restaurant while we were trying to eat our dinner... We were hoping staff would have confined the loud playing to outside or to the couches. Parents didn't seem to care that they were disruptive to others... :(
