"Excellent house and location. Bear Mtn traffic was insane after a storm. After we figured out the drop off location after one round of trying to park at the resort (our bad), life was great! Even better to come back to a perfect place to rest, eat great food, and play games together. 10 out of 10"

"Very cute cabin that looked exactly like the photos! The view from the loft was also beautiful to wake up to. Perfect for winter trips as the A-Frame layout is super easy to heat up. Check in/out was also very smooth and the place was also ready much earlier in the day than expected which was amazing.Only downside that others have mentioned is the cleanliness. Not bad but the place could really do with a deep cleaning-- there's dust and cobwebs on the upper areas that seem to have been there for years, the windows could also do with a cleaning & there was still previous pet fur on the carpets/furniture which didn't bother me but if you're allergic it might do. Dishes were also a bit grimy on arrival and we struggled to help keep the place clean because we weren't provided with a sponge to wipe countertops/sinks. "

"Almost perfect. Had an issue with the 2nd TV which a tech was sent to fix within a couple hours. Unfortunately he had to use my phone charger block to get it to work so I was borrowing others the whole time. The other thing was all windows and back door were found unlocked and one window of the master bedroom had the screen removed and lying on the ground outside. Poor security, but the tech said there's very little crime in the area. Doesn't justify it when the front door is locked and all you have to do is go up the back steps and open the door to get inside. Also, the glass doors on the fireplace are gingerly set in the frame and you must handle them with a light touch or they'll fall out of the track. Other than that, it was a very very nice place! "

"It was a good trip. The communication was great. The location is our favorite to stay in every year. I do believe the cabin needs a deep clean and 10 towels for 11 ppl for 3 nights was not enough but the host brought us 5 more the next day. (Yah i kniw still not enough) Definitely overpriced for the cabin nightly. If it was updated and scrubbed a bit maybe But this management company was so much better than big bear destinations.That place really sucks.So I definitely will rent from the management company again"
