"Location is good, but the building itself and appartments need some love and improvements."

The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). "Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!"

The view is incredible as the house is literally front raw on a valley leading to the beach below. the sea view from the balcony is also amazing. Anat was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed always with a smile. "
