We stayed firstly in a budget cabin where the bathroom was too small, after being up graded due to plumbing issues the toilet in the bigger cabin was unusable, to small, had to use shared toilets , other than that things were ok.

loved the loation, very friendly staff loved the view, great location.

Whilst in a national park, it's hard to keep up appearances, although this is a tired lodge. The grounds are literally falling apart; the roads around the lodge are full of potholes, and maintenance seems to be a low priority. The rooms lack wifi (like it's 2025 eh) and the food is poor for the prices paid. It's average and we fortunately paid the high price for the top rooms, where talking with out guests at least we have a tv to watch in our room when the weather turned bad. Modern conveiences seem to be removed and whilst the nature experience is also all about the destination and tranquility so is modern conveniences expected. I would not return to this lodge.

The stay was okay, but not memorable due to the dislikes. It fell short of the advertising/ website presentation. The big breakfast fell somewhat short compared to others we have had.

We enjoyed our stay and the price was okay . Nice sized room and everything was clean and tidy
