- Welcome to "mi casa es TU casa," a completely renovated Upland home that has been converted into a triplex with three private units (or "wings" - inspired by TU dorm life). "Mi casa es TU casa" is conveniently located just 2.5 short blocks from TU's campus, the perfect spot for your Taylor University visit or the surrounding areas! Providing warm and welcoming accommodations within walking distance of your favorite TU students, we know that you will truly feel at home in TU casa!
This West unit is a private studio unit that has been completely remodeled: 1 Bedroom with a King size bed, full bathroom, Keurig machine, small refrigerator, and a 55" smart TV to stream your favorite shows. You can also relax around the backyard fire pit or use the charcoal grill to make a delicious dinner! A washer and dryer are available for your use in the garage (shared with the other two units).
If you are looking to accommodate a large group, you could rent all three units and comfortably sleep 10 people! Check out the other two unit listings or send us a message about availability.

Communication with the host was amazing and the amenities were listed just as is. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, very clean and had everything you could possibly need within reach. I don’t foresee us ever going back to Upland, Indiana, but for our trip, it was amazing And I will be telling all of my friends who have students at Taylor to check it out next time they go up to visit..

Cozy, fresh, and clean - Close to Taylor
Had a nice overnight stay in this new unit. All as described. Love the cleanliness and close proximity to Taylor. The parking took us a minute to figure out in the dark, for the West unit there’s a nice gravel spot and concrete sidewalk, however it’s down a discreet alley that’s easy to miss.
