friendly efficient check in, nice room with A/C already working well. comfy bed, fridge & tea& coffee making facilities. only complaint was restaurant closes at 15.00 on Sundays (I was pre warned of this but it was still a bit of a pain!). would still stay there in future (but not on Sunday!)

Got to the venue and the WiFi, phone in the room and tv channels all was not working, moved us to another room after we unpacked as only found out then these things not working, room was better but WiFi still problematic as signal very poor

The Hotel was nice, staff at the hotel was friendly as well. The swimming pool was clean (except the kiddies part, which was SUPER dirty). Bowling, Putt Putt and the little desert drive train thingy was super fun and all extremely cheap. My recommendation is definitively the restaurant (500g Sirloin steak, chips - PHENOMENAL). The Sunday buffet was also really nice! The part that I would not recommend is the Casino. My casino card was blocked in under 10 minutes and I stood there like a fool waiting for people to get back to me while they took the card somewhere. They were then also extremely arrogant and rude at the Casino. They didn't apologize, they just looked at me. It was very unpleasant. I didn't lose any money, I just cashed out and left with all my friends. Id absolutely AVOID the casino. I enjoyed swimming the most and everything else too :)
