"Perfekter Service, hervorragendes Essen, alles blitzblank sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Wellnessbereich und auch sonstige Bereiche im Hotel sind sehr schick und gemütlich. Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen: es gab auch im Innenbereich viele Fliegen und Wespen. Da könnte man sich vielleicht was einfallen lassen. Außerdem würde dem Duschkopf der Regendusche öfter mal eine Entkalkung gut tun."

"Pros: Das Chalet war sehr gut ausgestattet, in schöner ruhiger Aussichtslage und durch den Blockhauscharakter urgemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Cons: Die Kommunikation war durch die unterschiedlichen Kanäle nicht kundenfreundlich. Gebucht wurde über ferienwohnungen.de und deren App installiert. Mehrere Aufforderungen zur Eingabe der persönlichen Daten kamen dann von holidu, aber keine Bestätigung, ob die Daten auch beim Gastgeber angekommen sind. Diesen habe ich einmal per Email...
