"This is probably my best stay in Bled. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the view from balcony was spectacular. Parking is easy and there's also a bus stop few steps from the guesthouse. Ana and Nina went above and beyond to make sure I have a great stay with them. "The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight.
