We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. Firstly, the service from the staff is amazing; the valley at the door help with your bags, all the way to packing them in/out of the car, the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room itself was huge, had a very cute balcony, and the views were amazing. You could see the city, mountains and the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable, including the hotel robe. The pool was nice and warm and clean every day. Very walkable to the pier and shops around Santa Monica. If I come back, this is definitely the hotel I would choose again.

"A great deal of dog and goose poop on the property. Many people smoking tobacco and weed on the property. Very outdated. Ie no towels racks, only one electrical outlet. I do like Friendly people, beautiful scenery, easy to access off the highway"
