"I called Expedia and the hotel ahead of time to make sure that my son could check in since I was not arriving until later. They allowed him to check in easily once they notice that in the comment section they had added his name to the reservation. The next morning my daughter arrived and she needed a key and was given a hard time by the check-in desk saying her name was not on the reservation and they would not let her in. She had to call my Son to come and get her a key to the room. My son was already checked in and their names were on the reservation but the check-in desk said they weren’t there on the list"

"Our stay at Herty House definitely exceeded expectations - wasn’t so sure what we were getting into since the photos were minimal on the listing. Realized I was their first guest, which is why they gave me a deal since there were a few unfinished details. Lloyd was extremely helpful and communicative ahead of our stay to clearly explain the status of the home. The house felt super fresh/clean and new but still had a charming feel of a historic home - location was perfect. So close to campus… Hoping to book again next fall for a football game!"
