"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."

"We chose this hotel since it looked like it had a good gym, based on the pictures. Well, it did not disappoint as the gym was one of the best hotel gyms we've experienced. But other aspects of the hotel were also great. The room, the included breakfast, and the staff were all wonderful. They really care about you and bend over backwards to make you happy. "

"This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. The views of Dalat are fabulous. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 5. We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is off a quiet street in Dalat. "this place is terrible. I got so many bed bug bites it's not even funny. room looks dirty not like in the picture online. do not use the laundry service; they lost many of our clothes and mixed it with other people's clothes. "
