The rooms were good, customer service was great. Did not get a chance to check out the restaurant in the hotel, but heard it was good. Everyone was friendly. Vallet was easy and allowed you to come and go. Very central, easy to get to Union Station if needed to get to and from the airport.

The cottage was clean and well stocked with entertaining items, comfortable beds, and linens. Location was good, close enough to downtown without too much traffic. It might be smaller but the space is laid out perfectly and very cozy. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next time.
