Exceptional hotel, loved our stay. Front of house staff are amazing, best service I’ve seen in a long time, credit to the hotel. Food amazing, Japanese. Beds comfortable, Very clean & smells amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Great, great room upgrade - thank you, loved the view! Emails prior to arrival from hotel as expected from previous stays never received (eg. % off drinks and / or food in bars and restaurant - fyi, we ALWAYS purchased the vouchers). When I queried why no emails were sent at front desk during check-in, two different members of staff tried to explain that it was to do with data protection laws (no, made no sense then or now) and I never got a coherent, logical answer despite several attempts at re-phrasing the question. Still one of my top 5 hotels in central London :-)

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. Looking forward to our next visit (looking at booking the same day we checked out). Thank you for looking after us.
