"The rooms are in bad condition. The lock on the door was jammed and required physically kicking the door after unlocking, due to the lock being stuck. Sink stopper was stuck shut so water could not drain. AC/Heater did not work. The room was eery, no furniture, just the bed. At 2 am I woke up to the lobby manager blaring the TV. Went to get water, the property does not sell bottled water. Only hotel I ever asked for a refund."

"Great location! Our family wished we would have found this years ago. So many hotel nights in Batesville when we could have stretched out at the Ark! Host was quick to answer questions and they even allowed for us to do a later checkout to get to church Sunday morning. Thanks and we’d absolutely do again!"

"This was our third stay here. We find more to enjoy each time. We cooked a large family meal this time and found the kitchen very well appointed. The roll away cot was very comfortable. We were able to catch a beautiful sunset also. The property is so peaceful. We plan on renting any time we're in the area. "
