"Great and clean "

"I had an okay room but one the towels they gave me were stained. I went to get ice and the i e machine had all kinds of trash which was unappealing and made me not want to get any. The staff was not like i expected. The lady that greets you had an attitude like she didnt want to be there and she expected me to know everything about the hotel even if it was my first but surely last time going. Instead of assorting me i had to ask the questions and answers were like she wanted to get me out the way. I thought breakfast was included but i had to pay for it which was disappointing after they said it was included. The only nice person there was the guy from the bar and the pool did not look convincing which is why i decided not to go in. This places is totally different than what it looks like on the booking profile because no matter how beautiful it is, the staff dont match that energy therefore it takes away all that it has to offer. "

"Convenient location. Parked right outside the door. Gracious hosts. Although it was a basement apartment, it was very quiet. Place was well furnished, and I will definitely consider staying there again."

"First of all, I want to start up by saying, our host is very accommodating and if you have any problems, they are dealt with right away! She’s a wonderful host. She also will answer any questions right away if you message.With that being said, this RV is very cute and very clean and neat. But it is not made for anyone that has any problems with mobility, as to get in and out of the RV the steps are a little high. Also, the bed is high, not sure if it’s really a queen size bed, if you are taller than 6 foot your head and your feet will touch the walls and if two people are sleeping in there the one person is next to the wall and has to crawl over the other person in order to get out of bed.The twin beds are made for children. They are cubbyholes and not really twin beds, so if you have small children, this would be great.The bathroom has no sink in it so you have to use the sink in the small kitchen that they have which is not really made for cooking but you could heat up things.We basically were there only there to sleep, and after 10 o’clock the neighborhood is very quiet. We did not use the pool, as we would get back after dark.The RV is in the driveway in the front of their house. But that caused no problems.I would recommend this for a young couple, with possibly two small children, And probably only to sleep, as there’s not much room in there to move around.With that being said, everything was good and if we had any problems, it was taken care of. "

"This review comes from a different perspective as we live locally, and stayed here for two weeks during home renovations. As other reviewers have noted, this is a basement apartment - the stairs are tricky and the shower door is narrow. We had to deal with some weather related issues, but the host, Al, was very responsive and helpful.Great location - convenient to restaurants, shopping and transit options (parkways/LIRR/bus) but in a quiet neighborhood. Good choice for an extended stay with a more comfortable homey feel than a hotel and all the amenities you'd need. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen!"
