"Hubby and I were visiting Charlotte this weekend for a family function. This pet friendly townhouse was perfect for what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable, we were very pleased with these accommodations. Parking was great as we had our own designated spot and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk our pups. What really impressed me was the great customer service that was provided. I needed a hair dryer and one was not available as stated in the description of amenities. I contacted our host and a new one was delivered to us the next morning. Thank you so much for a great experience and we look forward to visiting again."

"The home was not suitable for large groups or long stays. There weren’t enough towels, wash cloths, no iron or ironing board, linens or blankets, trash bags, pepper grilling utensils, not enough seating, no broom or mop to clean up after ourself and no place to store our clothes. The host did attempt to take care of some of the issues initially. However, when we started seeing the wealth of other essentials that were missing they only attempted to resolve the problem after we had to contact Vrbo support."
