*** PETS: Small to medium dogs (up to 45 pounds) are welcome on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before arrival. A $75 fee applies per stay for each dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Dogs must be attended to at all times. If you are approved to bring your pet, payment will be due via the app at check-in.***

We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero policy for any unauthorized parties or events of any kind and illegal behavior. The cameras are located on the corners of the house. They record the full exterior of the house- front, back, sides, parking area, and beyond. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
