"This was our second weekend stay here.  The house was very clean and in good condition.  While it is in the city and near a couple of small restaurants and a bar, the street is relatively quiet.  This is a fairly new listing, and there are a few things that still need to be completed like hanging the rods in the bedroom closets that might come into play for longer stays.   "

"The check in process was easy. The house was nice for our family coming in town for a graduation. Carmen was responsive to questions before check in. The house was cozy and clean. Check out instructions were also easy to follow. I have a very sensitive nose and the house had a slight dog smell. Nothing nasty, just the smell that a dog had been there. Overall this house is a great value for the money and very comfortable. "
