This is a remote location, so at that point in the day we didn't have another option. I realize what happened was out of their control, but they didn't offer anything ...

Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.
