The two items the owner my look into. 1 the outside grill needs to be deep clean or replaced, because it's getting rusty. 2. The sound bar sub woofer is short circuiting very badly and could be a fire hazard one day"

"Great, great location. Close to unique shops, restaurants and bars. Everything within walking distance. Close to campus. Clean and had everything we needed. Better directions on how to enter the place (backside) would have been helpful especially when you arrive late at night and the GPS takes you to the front of the building and outside numbers were not very visible. Double bed could use a new mattress. And the shower is VERY small and ceiling in shower was not very clean. Quite a few stairs...
