Union Hotel Tours and Activities

This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. Overall it has not been maintained specifically in terms of carpet being very soiled throughout hallways and rooms, We stayed om the 3rd floor up many staircases inaccessible by the elevator and staff did not offer help with heavy suitcases. I was also handed an extremely hot plate at breakfast that burned and blistered both my hands and given nothing to compensate other than burn gel packs. Often disheveled staff are not well trained and guests repeatedly have to wave them down as they are too busy fussing with throw cushions and chatting rather than taking care of guest needs. Mattress also had springs poking out and pillows lumpy. Overall I was disappointed with our stay other than the food and view which was 5/5.

Beautiful unique hotel. A relaxing, quiet, retreat. Wonderful food, which could not fault. Amazing tropical gardens leading to secluded beach. Totally recommend for peace and tranquil time.

Excellent hotel about 10-15 walk from city centre. Very spacious room. Historic building with a former chapel at the front entrance. I can imagine it makes a great wedding venue.
