"The staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in and out are by kiosk, but there is staff available for help if needed. The hotel is cashless, as are most places in the area. The room was nice, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. Snack choices were limited and a bit pricey, so you may want to pack snacks and water. The location was great for walking to State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. If going to State Farm Arena, ask staff about the 2nd floor door out to the bridge, to save a little bit of time and avoid walking uphill. You will have to turn at Mercedes Benz Stadium and re-enter the hotel at ground level though. We will definitely return to this hotel for any future arena and stadium events, as the price of stay and parking were some of the best we found for our trip. "

"My mother-in-law died, I called the hotel to see if I could get a credit because this was something out of my control. They would not give me a credit for death with proof. So not good. People don't have no consideration when it comes to money. I was not able to check in."

"The parking was scary-looking and confusing. Also having to pay $40 for parking after already paying for the room is too much."

"30 bucks a night for parking plus having to pay 10 to 15 dollars if you have to leave for any reason is the biggest scam ever!!! Ended up paying over $100.00 extra just in parking fees! Also shower heads and water pressure was trash! I just went home to shower!!! "

"Room was fairly clean, but could be cleaner - especially bathrooms. Ice machine was broken on 7th floor, but friendly staff offered to go fill my ice bucket and return it to my room (and she did so with a smile). Elevators excruciatingly slow given the number of guests/floors served. Three bedroom suite was plenty spacious and had comfortable beds with working TVs in each room. I just wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and the water pressure in the shower quite a bit stronger. The overall esthetic was an attempt at elegance/luxury, but didn’t quite pull it off. Room decor and accoutrements could stand an update/upgrade to make the property seem more like true southern elegance. Overall, a nice property and extremely convenient stay for attending events at the Fox Theater across the street. "
