"The onsen experience was wonderful. The hot and cold tubs were very relaxing. The refreshments afterwards were also great. The rooms and hotel are clean and fairly modern. "

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
