Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty.
The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants.
And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic.
A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!

Breakfast was ok. Not excellent. Usually empty pots. Wait for long. Egg counters, one lady couldn’t understand what I wanted, despite someone else explaining. Didn’t enjoy. Water, simple thing, no dispensers anywhere. Had to buy which was again expensive. No shuttles running between hotel and city to do shopping.
