Schöne große Feriennwohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 11 Personen als Großfamilie genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden und eine geräumige Küche mit einem großen Tisch, an dem alle Platz finden. Die Lage in Umhausen lädt zu Ausflügen in der Nähe (z.B. Stuiben Wasserfall, Piburger See, Acherkogelbahn, ...) ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Schöne und große Wohnung (ideal für eine große Familie)

Wir haben als Großfamilie (11 Personen) ein wunderschönes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung im Ötztal verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz (eigentlich sind hier 2 Wohnungen über 2 Etagen miteinder verbunden) und ist mit vielen Schlafzimmern und Bädern bestens für große Gruppen geeignet. Die Küche bietet genug Geschirr für alle und vor allem einen großen Tisch, an den alle passen. Was man wissen muss: Seife, Geschirrhandtücher und Föhn sollten selbst mitgebracht werden. Ansonsten können wir das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Ausflugsziele gibt es viele in der Nähe wie den Stuiben-Wasserfall oder den Piburger See, die Acherkogelbahn,....). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

vreselijk slechte bedden

de matrassen zijn afschuwelijk slecht, je voelt de veren erdoorheen, de dekbedden zijn veel te klein en veel te dun, kussens waardeloos! De badhanddoeken (je krijgt er 1 per persoon per week!!) zijn ook veel te dunne, veel te vaak gewassen doekjes… Deze klachten werden al in 2018 in reviews gemeld, er is dus duidelijk niets mee gedaan. Keukenuitrusting is matig: slechte pannen, van sommige pannen is de bodem zwaar beschadigd, dus niet meer te gebruiken, een la vol stompe messen, geen spatels.

Perfecte basis voor veel activiteiten

Zeer ruim, veel vrije kastruimte, heerlijk grote tafel om gezellig met z'n allen aan te zitten en dan als extra nog een prachtig uitzicht. Fijne centrale locatie voor vele tochten (wandelen, rafting, canyoning, geocaching, Klettergarten) en vooral goede basis voor de vele Klettersteigs in en rond het Ötztal.

Excellent property for multiple families. We were 11 people from 3 families and the rooms are spread over two apartments with one main living area. It was easy to gather together or separate into your rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. One comment, the description of the bedrooms could be more descriptive. There were actually more beds than we anticipated which was a bonus. The house is on a quiet street. Great choice for groups.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und Sauber, die Beschreibung ist komplett zutreffend. Die Vermieter Familie ist sehr nett und immer Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen echt schönen Urlaub in dem Objekt. Eine Kleinigkeit ist zu bemängeln, die Matratzen sollten in nächster Zeit mal getauscht werden diese sind ein wenig durchgelegen. Aber sonst alles top.

Wij hebben Huis Dialer als een heel fijne vakantie woning ervaren welke nagenoeg geheel aan onze verwachting heeft voldoen. Een enkel minpunt is echter enkele bedden (volwassenen) waar de matrassen echt aan vervanging toe zijn. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Ik heb gelezen in vorige recensies (2018) dat hier aan gewerkt zou worden dan wel dat de matrassen aan de norm zouden voldoen. Dit is echt niet het geval. Bij een bed was zelfs de lattenboden door het matras voelbaar.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles ganz genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr freundlich und berät einen auch gerne bei der Ausflugsplanung. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass das Haus überall sehr sehr sauber anzutreffen war. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal dort.

So gut wie keine persönliche Übergabe und Einführung. Matratzen und Bettgestell teilweise durchgelegen und quitschen. Keinen Kleiderschrank nur Wohnzimmerschränke, keinen Badstopfen. Haken für Handtücher im Bad fehlen. Nicht verwendbare Pfannen - Beschichtung total abgekratzt. Küchenstühle und Ecksitzgruppe abgesessen und total eingerissen. Für 12 Personen zu wenig Geschirr. Keine Beleuchtung an den Nachtkästchen.
